The war for the East and South of Ukraine is and will be one of word, minds, truth and propaganda, and not one of tanks and rifles. In all these regions the ethnic Russians are in a PRIVILEGED MINORITY, but they act and are allowed to behave by Kyiv as if they were WR0NGED MAJORITY. This, of course is the traditional incompetence and fault of the Kyiv authorities. I listened to the Maidan yesterday, and they had a delegation from Kharkiv, which complained most bitterly "why is there no presence of Kyiv authorities in Kharkiv, the East and South of the country". They said specifically, why doesn't the new minister of education come to Kharkiv, and other ministers as well. As Ruslana said, Crimea was not conquered by handed over. The same will happen with all the eastern and southern regions unless Kyiv wakes up, otherwise Putin will be the "great gatherer of Russian lands" without even firing a shot.
