The TransDniester flag has the hammer & sickle
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Transnistria
I read somewhere (can't remember where) that many pro-Russian
demonstrators in Odesa are bused in from Transdniester.
I have identified all the flags in the video and they are as follows::
The Odesa Oblast flag is vertical tri colour yellow blue with coat of
arms & white
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Odessa_Oblast
The vertical flag in the videos, red white with coat of arms &
orange/yellowish is the flag of the city of Odesa
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Odessa
The hammer & sickle flags with writing in the video may be the
Communist Party of Ukraine
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Communist_Party_of_Ukraine
It appears that is correct if you look at some of the photographs
of some demonstrations / the flags match:
Another reason to ban the Communist party.
Odesa appears to have 20% that voted for Communists in the last
Parliamentary election
The horizontal dark blue or black, yellow & white flag that was
in the video also is the colours of Romonow Dynasty.

The above link ties it in with the Don Cossacks which have been
seen in Odesa.
The link is here for their flags:

I could not identify the Blue flag with symbol & writing -- gather
it is some other party and/or union
