Looks like there are attempts being made to hand out passports and
citizenship to any Ukrainian regardless of who they may be. Bribery and
graft are part and parcel of Russian mentality. Those who accept should
have their Ukrainian citizenship revoked, even if they were born in
Ukraine, immediately deported without trial and allowed to take whatever
they can carry, the remaining property can be confiscated by the
government. No room for traitors, malorossy yanichary and fickle
opportunists in Ukraine.

На самом деле возможность получить паспорт гражданина РФ существует у всех
жителей бывших союзных республик уже давно. Для этого была разработана
Государственная программа по оказанию содействия добровольному переселению
в Российскую Федерацию соотечественников, проживающих за рубежом. Она была
принята указом президента в 2006 году. Эта программа создана для людей,
оказавшихся после распада СССР за пределами РФ и желающих переселиться в
Россию.
