It’s pie in the sky dreaming with IMF “austerity measures” for all practical purposes. How come none of these CabMins have any concrete plans for getting back not only Yanukovych’s looted $70 billion but the ill-gotten wealth of the oligarchs. It’s worth many times over the combined IMF/EU bailout packages. Anyone dare London/NY to give back the loot? Is it because so many of CabMins are from the oligarchic political parties? It’s the oligarchs who appoint the senior positions in government to look after policies that allow the oligarchs to continue looting (similar to Enron appointing its lobbyists and advisers to actually write favourable government policies on deregulation from which the company could prosper). It’s one reason why Olha Bogomolets refused a post. She realized she wasn’t allowed to appoint her team and all the bureaucrats appointed by the oligarchs would be working under another’s agenda. A couple of junior CabMin posts from the Maidan protestors were appointed for cosmetic PR purposes. Pretty much of the “meet the new boss same as the old boos.” Below are some of the CabMin bios.

Hard to swallow the NATO bit,now after what has happened. The Israelis who have had the time to develop many contacts in the West, are clearly taking a lesson from Putin's invasion of Ukraine, and the validity of memoranda. Sheremeta is very smooth, very polished, understands business, but I hope he will be monitored by maidan.
