Yesterday, armored units of the Ukrainian military began to move out
of Lviv and Zhytomyr.
Today the Minister of Defense, Tenyukh, stated they were not headed
for the Crimea, but only out for standard "exercises" (like Putin's
earlier when he concentrated forces next to Ukraine's eastern border??)
The way Ukraine reacts towards today's Luhanske uprising might provide
a clue as to where the current authorities are willing to make a
military stand. Political rhetoric aside...
