One question: The appointments of Kolomojskyj and Taruta helped to
stabilize the situation in Dnipropetrovsk (which wasn't that bad
anyway) and esp. in Donetsk. But no such individual was appointed to
Luhanske. No explanation was given. And now the "high political"
appointee, Bolotskykh (symbolic?) has been forced to resign "Maidan
style" if you please. A very well organized spetzoperatsija! (they
even had Belarusian flags!!).
Another big challenge...
