I recomend certain books -- had identified various sociopaths
in the workplace & grad school because of it.

The books:

Without Conscience
http://www.amazon.ca/Without-Conscience-Disturbing-World-Psychopaths/dp/1572304510

Snakes in Suits
http://www.amazon.ca/Snakes-In-Suits-When-Psychopaths/dp/0061147893

Man one never sleeps the same after reading these books -- sociopaths
are everywhere in the workplace, bureaucracies, schools, anywhere power
is concentrated. Have identified various individuals in many corporations
I have worked. I have never been wrong.
