At which point it would be wise to revise Ukraine's non-nuclear status then
begin extracting and drilling for oil and gas along the Black Sea Coast. As
a precaution it would be wise to booby trap the Druzhba and Odesa-Brody
pipelines in the event of an overt invasion.
