"Ukraijins'kyj Perets'" is an illustrated humour magazine. Article one of the issue is titled "Clear the Floor for Ukrainian Chili". The main tasks of the magazine as it is noted in the article are the following: to mock at anti-Ukrainian policy of German invaders and the Soviet power, and to rise the Ukrainian population up to struggle against them. The article is divided into three sections ("articul"). As for style, this appeal of editorial staff have certain things in common with the well-known Letter from Cossacks To Turkish Sultan.

Korniets, the USSR leaders' of the Ukrainian people. The author gives numerous examples of the horrible Bolshevik terror in Ukraine under Soviet regime; he urges the Ukrainian people that they should not trust the Bolshevik propaganda.

The letter contains appeal to the Ukrainian peasants to struggle against Hitler-Stalin invaders.
The next publication entitled "The Bolshevik Actions on the Ukrainian Lands" consists of four sections: "The Gratitude From Miners", "An Invention of Stalin's Butchers", "From the NKVD-Department of Kyjiv oblast", "The High-Quality Chains and Mechanized Gallows" - the small stories which have certain things in common with political jokes.

The article "Stalin Is Aligning the ..." stresses on the Ukraine lose its ethnic territories under the Soviet regime: "he cut ... Crimea, Kuban ... now is cutting Kholm region."
Satirical article "Of His Own Accord" deals with the speech of "Manujil's'kyj the Jew" at a teacher's congress. Manujil's'kyj said at the congress that S. Bendera supposedly was arrested by the Germans of his own accord for they intended to present him as a martyr. So, writes the author ironically, it would be possible to write about each of the insurgents who was killed that "he was tortured to death of his own accord."
