Mustafa Nayem, the hromadske.tv investigative journalist, has just
tweeted in connection with spreading rumours that Obama and Putin
might try to coerce Ukraine towards the Russian peace plan.. His basic
point: without Ukraine's acquiescence (and by "Ukraine" he doesn't
mean the politicos) the plan will be dead in the water. To which I
would add: it will be even less significant than the Budapest 1994
memorandum.. Sapienti sat. But I doubt Obama will agree to the P. plan..
