This video is in Russian, but it is about how citizens in eastern Ukraine
and southern Ukraine are being advised by Russia.

Dugin gives all manner if advise: don't work, copy the kyiv maidan, don't
recognize border guards, or police, and work to take over your region just
as in kyiv the maidan took over , do not recognize the elections, and do
not vote, the new capital is Rostov on don, where ZEK is, etc.

He says what was done in krym, is identical to what kyiv did. People wanted
to get rid of the govt, and did, and had their own referendum. You folks,
he says, in the east and south must now do the same. Do what kyiv did, but
you are legitimate as you have a president, ZEK, whereas in kyiv there is a
neo nazi junta.

It's quite clear the aim is to destabilize Ukraine to prompt a split, east
and south to Russia, and western Ukraine to the west. ( he even makes snide
remarks about some Ukrainians who can't even speak Russian correctly, but
speak with an accent.)

It is also clear that this plan will be working regardless of the election
results.

I hope people in kyiv are up to this internal threat. I hope they
understand the need to counter this and focus on the regions too. It looks
like the plan is to disrupt and destabilize Ukraine. He says things will
reach such a point, that the Russian military will have to come in to help.

Sorry to send this out on a Sunday morning.
