It is clear the Russian focus is on Ukrainian defense industries --
puts a damper on their expansionist policies -- oh what a shame. LoL
Maybe they should try to improve their education system to put out
better engineers. My experience as an engineer -- the best engineers
are trained under conditions where freedom of thought are nurtured
and not rigid narrow focused course curriculums force a specific outcome.
That is why the Chinese & Indian engineers hired by alot of Canadian
companies lack abilities. They are too rigid and are restricted to
thinking within very narrow confines and fear expanding their
beyond what they were taught.
A good engineer is somebody who thinks outside the box and is
willing to throw a bad idea out even if they invested heavily
into it and embrace something new.
