If my memory is correct, Yatseniuk was not an original Batkivshchyna guy and a bit lit Tyhipko in RegParty, was never really an in-man. Yatseniuk's problem was that he did not have his own party and under his full control.
Dobkin is a useful troublemaker for Putin, but he cannot hope to become prez, like Yulka can. That is why I think that a look at Yulka's ethics would be pertinent in the overall evaluation of her usefulness in Ukrainian politics.
