No doubt he and his tsar would like a "Crimean" - style referendum, filled
with intimidation, massive fraud, and with no observers or press
allowed. It ain't gonna happen.
With each passing day, as more and more is revealed about the outrageous
theft that he and his cohorts orchastrated...which left the country on the
verge of bankruptcy, Yanuk becomes irrelevant and a spent force. I would
not be surprised if his popularity slips below that of Yushchenko's at the
end of his presidency, which was what - something like 3%? You cannot rule
in any way with those kind of numbers.
