I was chatting with a colleague and they mentioned that
it was not necessarily Pravey Sector that instigated the
incident -- there are alot of Russian instigators a la
Spetznatz that had made it across the border and may
be instigating incidents to make it look like Ukraine is
out of control -- part of the excuse to justify a Russian
Invasion.
Remember it was Russian Spetznatz snipers that was shooting
civilians and policemen in the dieing days of the Yanukovych
regime to escalate the violence.
