committed with intent to destroy, in whole or in part, a national,
ethnical, racial or religious group, as such:
 

(e) Forcibly transferring children of
the group to another group.
How about whole groups of people, doesn't this tactic apply to them to?

Isn't that what the end result is supposed to be of Putin's peaceful invasion thanks to "no provocation"?
