Charlie Rose interviews President Jimmy Carter
Around the 15 minute mark they start discussing Afghanistan and then went into discussing Ukraine & Crimea.
President Carter said if he was President, he would make it clear that if Putin crossed into Eastern Ukraine the full force of the US Military would be used.
If wish he or John McCain were President now, it is clear that Obama is not playing his role as guarantor of World Stability.
