It seems the Russians are angry that Canadian PM Harper was the first foreign leader to visit Ukraine and for his lead to bump Putin from the G8 -- so they retaliated with sanctions against 13 Canadians and Paul Grod is one of them -- he is happy as it is recognition. LoL
