The "National Guard" was/is a politico substitute for "the armed
people". Some Ukrainians are going for it, but many are not, at least
not in the politico interpretation ("surrender your arms").
Looks like the Crimean Tatars will increasingly be going their way.
Their own referendum, reestablishment of their own statehood, Turkey
taking over from Ukraine...
There seems BTW more and more problems in getting correct information.
I see headlines appearing which are later corrected...
