An important document. Gives a list of the politicians from Europe who
came to the Crimea as "observers" of the illegal "referendum" of 16
March, and gave it their approval. They are marginals at the moment,
but are ready to destabilize the situations in their home countries
when the opportunity to do so arises, and with Russia's help.
