I found that the way Hromadske TV works is:

Any interview / clip that is significant, will show up on the
front page of their website within 6-24 hours.

and there will be a link that one could watch it down the
line.

They seem to keep their segments for future reference by a number
that increases overtime XXX where it increases in a linear
sequential fashion. the XXX = 128 is for the latest LIVE episode
but the archives are up past XXX = 522
