The issue of Russia's annexation of the Crimea will be debated on 27 March.
We know that Ukraine's support at the level of the Security Council
was overwhelming. Now the question is: how many of the 193 members of
the Assembly will be on her side? All questions of war and peace
require at least a 2/3 majority for the decision to have significance.
That means about 130 votes...
Are they there?
