It seems Medvedev made some demand that Ukraine give Russia $11 billion because Ukraine did not live up to the terms of the Kharkiv accord.

Hey Ukraine figures because of Holodomor and other activities, Russia owes Ukraine $70+ billion since it is the successor state of the CCCP

I don't even know how to value the loss of Crimea, the gas fields and the loss of the Sea of Azov and loss of military hardware too

Hey if they pay the $70 billion then we will give back $11 billion, call it even. LoL

BTW Russian Government has passed the last bit of Crimean annexation legislation, just needs Darth Putin's signature
