It could be just one tank, that somebody was careless and
was smoking by the fuel and/or dropped a shell when loading
ammunition into the tank -- could be alot of things.
Do not rule out 5th columnists -- there are so many of these
bastards every where, in the bureaucracy, the military,
in all walks of life.
Plus you saw the fuel trucks in the video -- man they were
smoking badly -- they were burning oil. That says poor
maintenance. Maybe just incompetence and/or lack of budget.
There seems to have been a fire at the airbase in Crimea
on March 11th
