In Dunkirk the British walked away with small arms and soldiers,
everything else littered the beach.

If Ukraine does a strategic retreat my attitude is if they are
not allowed to take it, destroy it and leave it for the russians
to clean it up. There is a hugh ammunition stores in the side of
a mountain -- make that mountain rumble.

Armoured vehicles should be able to leave as they need something
to drive out in. Ships should be allowed to leave too. if not
destroy them beyond their ability to repair.

fighter aircraft blow the hell out of them as 76 of the 80 fighters
are non-functional and the russians have spare parts -- no use
re-enforcing their air force.

Ukraine if it remains free and eventually ends up in NATO will
be using european and/or american hardware so this soviet stuff
will be crap -- plus if they hold on to Kharkiv, they can build
tanks & armoured vehicles there.

AS a safety precaution they should ensure to copy all relevant
designs/blueprints/engineering documents and secure them in
another part of the country in case Putin decides to slice and
dice Ukraine piece by piece.

BTW Ukraine should seize all Russian Orthodox church property
and give it to the Ukrainian churches and divide it appropriately
as per demographics of the region orthodox vs catholic.

It will also be appropriate to return Pecherska Lavra to Ukrainian
control and get rid of the f***ing russian monks.
