I no longer trust this fellow. He's either a profoundly conspiring
pro-Ukrainian Machiavellian, or just another Yulka P***head. Looks
like the latter to me. He's one of those (along with Avakov) who wants
to disarm the population or turn them into "registered kozaks" for the
yulkas.

As always, I hope I'm wrong (ihiw), but you know, "if it quacks like a
duck etc.."
