I was interviewed a while ago by Radio Canada (French language tv) for this evening. What they will take from the interview is anyone's guess. What I suggested was pesonal sanction (including confiscation of bank accounts), economic sanctions vs Russia, and joint maneuvers of NATO and Ukrainian forces on Ukrainian territory. Should be on after 6 pm, or in the last transmission.

Only good point was raising the 1994 Budapest agreement about Russia, USA and UK securing Ukraine’s borders. It was not adhered to. Really? And didn’t go far enough as to what needs to be done. No real suggestions. What consequences should there be for the “guarantors” of the agreement for not adhering to their agreement? A telling silence. Obvious she doesn’t have a clue on what needs to be done. Towing the line. A disappointment.
