This seems like a very plausible warning. It does not involve
administrative seizures of buildings but control of something pretty
vital. Let's hope Parubij was right about Ukraine's capacity to defend
itself in this area. There definitely are Ukrainian army units there,
just across from the "border" south of Chongar. But Russia has
parachutist units it could drop from the sky. Are the defensive
machine guns ready?
