Just posted on Maidan.org
This "arriere guarde" action supposedly devised by Medvedchuk would
arrange for Ukraine's higher courts to declare the Rada's ouster of
Yanuk "unconstitutional" and Turchynov's tenure as Acting President
equally so. The decision to be made on March 19.
It could be nipped in the bud by the quick dismissal of suspect judges
(here named) not yet taken care off.
Some elements of the plot have definitely taken place (cf. the link
above for details).
