Central Asian country Kyrgyzstan decided to make a statement on Ukraine:
they do not consider yanukovich a legitimate president anymore, say he
lost the trust of his people, accuse former government of corruption and
Maidan deaths, express concern regarding the existing tensons in Ukraine
and wish peaceful resolution within the norms of international law.
