This is a "supersoft" variant of the "new" Putin plan. It looks
arguable, but there are a few points indicating "storchachi vukha":
The claim that Putin has the support of a majority in the Crimea.
The complete silence about the Tatars.
The suggestion that most of the current Ukrainian troops in the Crimea
should be moved out.
The suggestion to use force not in the Crimea but in the eastern regions
What do you think? I don't trust this guy.
