Even traitor president Kravchuk admitted to this years ago. There is a
documentary by the Svoboda party that dealt with the issue of nuclear
weapons and Kravchuk was interviewed where he admitted that the Budapest
memorandum had no legal binding to the parties, none whatsoever. OBMAN!!!!
