And given that president Yanukovych, in his capacity as head of state and
guarantor of the nation's independence and territorial integrity should be
condemning this act by returning to Ukraine, condemning this piracy in
Crimea and sending in the troops. His absence and reluctance to do so only
forfeits his claim to the presidency and renders him persona non grata in
all of Ukraine. I am sure even many in Donetsk are losing confidence in
Yanuk, if they have not lost it already.
