Dear Crimeans,

the Verkhovna Rada of the Crimea is taking the decision about the
integration into Russia and the rouble zone. This decision concerns each and
every one of us.

What awaits us, regular Crimean citizens, as a result of this "integration"?

- Crimeans whose children study or live in Kyiv, Kharkiv, Dnipropetrovsk -
tomorrow yours children will end up in a foreign country. Tomorrow we will
not be able to call our families with the "My Family" cell phone plan - we
will have to call across the border, to a foreign phone number;

- Pensioners whose children send money from Kyiv every month - they will not
be able to transfer funds as easily to your credit card or via post
transfer;

- Sellers that go to Odessa to the "7th kilometre" for clothes to resell it
later in the Crimea - tomorrow, you will have to deal with the border,
border control and taxation;

- Businessmen that have small businesses in the Crimea that deal with
suppliers in Kyiv, Kharkiv and Lviv - tomorrow everything you buy will have
to be taken across the border with all the applied payments;

- Simple citizens that are used to having water all the time or almost all
the time and no interruptions in electricity - tomorrow the situation will
change: water to the Crimea is supplied from the Dnipropetrovsk channel,
from Ukraine; electricity - from Nikolayev region, from the local nuclear
power plant. Tomorrow these utilities will cost us eight times more;

- Citizens of coastal regions that service tourists and earn a living this
way - now tourists will come to us through two-three borders, for a long
time the Crimea will turn into a "doubtful" region, the water that you use
to fill up the pool by your small hotel will become "golden," and the food
that you fed your customers will have to be imported by sea - or across the
border;

- People that order products and gift through the internet that get them the
next day by "Nova Poshta" - tomorrow you will be using "Pochta Rossiyi," an
awkward, slow and thieving mail service;

- Crimeans who are neighbours with Crimean Tatars - they will not be
satisfied with "Forward - to Russia!" Internal conflicts, separation and
lack of stability await you;

- Mothers whose sons are about to turn eighteen - tomorrow your son will go
serve in the Russian army. To the Far East or the Caucasus.

 Think. Make your choice. And remember that the referendum result might not
depend on us. They might be "drawn." For us.
