I agree. No insignia, no identification no country can take responsibility
for driving them out, least of all Putin. This is an internal state matter
for Ukraine and Russia must be compelled to recognize this. The same with
the rabble attacking ODA's in Kharkiv, Donetsk and Luhansk.
