We all know that the bandits will generally loose if there is anything
close to a transparent and tightly monitored vote on a national election or
a referendum. They would probably, at this point, also loose in many of
the eastern oblasts as well. Not so sure about Krym. If it has to occur,
Kyiv should work on delaying it for a year....give the new government a
chance to demonstrate what it can do before the people of Krym decide.
