If titushky from Russia raided the Luhansk ODA as happened in Kharkiv then
apparently there pro-Russian and pro-Yanuk forces have little or no local
support otherwise it would have been the natives doing the job. Time to
beef up patrols along the border with Russia as well as Belarus. Many
locals can be hired to patrol and monitor the border in their areas as
auxiliary civilian militia. Time to catch the infiltrators in the act.
