If there are any Russian citizens among it is best they leave while they
still can. I am amazed that the local citizens do not put up any opposition
and besiege the building. Time to put the ODA of the other oblasts on high
alert and take the necessary precautions to guard them against such
invasions. That is the flag of a foreign nation and must come down
immediately.
